Important Privacy Note: Our Digicam Effect Editor processes images entirely in your browser. When you use the editor to apply vintage camera effects (Digicam, CCD, Y2K presets) or adjust parameters (Grain, JPEG Artifacts, Color Shift, Vignette), your images are never uploaded to our servers and remain completely private on your device.

Note: We do not use any AI services or third-party image processing services. All image processing in the Digicam Effect Editor occurs entirely in your browser using Canvas APIs. We do not store or share your images.

- Account Data: Retained while your account is active (and as required by law thereafter). Note: Registration is optional—you can use the Digicam Effect Editor without creating an account.
 - Digicam Editor Images: We do not store images processed through the Digicam Effect Editor—they remain in your browser and are never sent to our servers
 - Newsletter Subscriptions: Email addresses for newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe
 - Backups: May be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery
 - Legal Hold: Data may be retained longer if required by legal obligations
 
You can request deletion of your account and related data at any time (see Your Rights below).
